John Fabrizio

Mr. Fabrizio has more than thirty years of experience in public education in NH and has served as a district level leader for the past 10 years. He started his career in the Timberland School District as a middle school teacher and then as Director of Special Education. John went on to serve as the Principal at James Mastricola Elementary School in Merrimack and then as the district’s Director of Student Services and the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction. Mr. Fabrizio joined the Concord School District in the fall of 2021 in his current position.

John earned bachelor's degree of sciences with a concentration in sociology and social work, his master’s in educational administration and special education from Rivier University, and his Certificate of in Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Educational Leadership from Plymouth State University. He also holds certification in the areas of Superintendent, Special Education Administration, Principal, Learning Disabilities and General Special Education and Elementary Education.   John has led many districtwide endeavors in Response to Intervention (RTI), Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Data Driven Decision Making and Muti- Lingual Learning Education (MLL).

As a Leader at the beyond the school, Mr. Fabrizio belongs to several Associations and statewide committees.  He has been a member of the NH State Professional Standards Board for six years and in his final year as chair. John has also been involved in the NH state leadership team for the CEEDAR Project (Collaboration for Effective Educator Development, Accountability, and Reform) for the past five years. He is dedicated to improving the pre-service training and certification process for educators in New Hampshire.

Mr. Fabrizio is a proud partner and husband to his wife, a thirty-year educator, and three amazing adult college students.  He enjoys skiing, softball, reading, sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.
