The Concord Board of Education will hold two public hearings on the proposed 2024-2025 School Budget. The proposed general fund budget is $108,008,631, an increase of $1,777,503 or 1.67%. Major impacts to the budget are increases in negotiated salaries, the HVAC bond, health care costs and reductions in state adequacy funds. Items under discussion include math interventionists, class sizes at the elementary level, changes to world language and a school resource officer at the middle school. The hearings will be held:
· Monday, March 18 – SAU Board Room at 38 Liberty Street at 6pm

· Wednesday, March 20 – Beaver Meadow School Gymnasium at 40 Sewalls Fall Rd at 6pm
This meeting will not be broadcast live but will be recorded and aired on Concord Community Television
