Project SEARCH
Project SEARCH is a unique, business led, school-to-work program. Its comprehensive approach to employment training and career advancement for individuals with developmental disabilities takes place entirely at the workplace. Total workplace immersion facilitates a seamless combination of classroom instruction, career exploration, and hands-on training through work site internship rotations. All training is designed to teach marketable skills that will transfer to a variety of employment settings. The goal for each student is competitive employment within their community.
In the Capital area, the program is hosted at Concord Hospital and is a collaboration with area partners: Concord School District, NH Vocational Rehabilitation, Community Bridges, and Concord Hospital.
