The Concord School District is committed to building communities that support our children and youth as they grow and learn. We do this by partnering with families and community organizations to provide an array of services that support student wellbeing. In our district you will find:
A full spectrum of culturally competent and trauma-informed services, from universal supports for all, to more intensive, personalized interventions for those with greater needs (Multi-Tiered System of Supports for Behavioral Health and Social-Emotional Wellness)
Partnerships with community agencies that help improve access to supports within our neighborhoods
Evidence-informed prevention, early intervention, and intensive supports offered by caring school-based professionals
