• A motion was made and seconded to accept the minutes from the November 3rd  meeting.   
• Discussion of communication goals with Terry Wolf – newsletter alternatives 
• Update about audit 
• Share the triennial statement regarding assessment 
• End of school year official triennial assessment 
• Share form and decide on plan for input about how we move forward with the tool, considering past practice.
