Shall the Concord School District authorize the Concord School Board to market and sell the Eastman School property located at 15 Shawmut Street, Concord, NH, in such manner (whether by bid, auction or broker listing) and on such terms, conditions, and price as it deems in the best interest of the District, with said sale subject to the District's compliance with the statutory right of first refusal provision pertaining to charter schools in RSA 194:61?

The filing period for candidates for the Concord School District Board of Education will open on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. and will close at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025.

Three members of the Concord School Board will be elected within the Concord School District.

The terms of board members Jim Richards (School Voting Zone A – Wards 1, 2, 3, 4), Cara Meeker (School Voting Zone B – Wards 5, 6, 7), and Sara Robinson (School Voting Zone C – Wards 8, 9, 10) are ending December 31, 2025.

The election will be held on November 4, 2025, and each elected member will serve a three (3) year term, beginning January 1, 2026.

To be qualified for election to a School Voting Zone office of the Board, the candidate must be a registered voter of the Concord School District and domiciled in the School Voting Zone.

Individuals wishing to declare candidacy for the Board of Education should file within the filing period with Patrick H. Taylor, Clerk, at the Concord School District Offices, 38 Liberty Street, Concord, New Hampshire 03301.
