Social emotional development is an integral part of a thriving school community. The Concord School District is the recipient of two major federal grants to develop and implement a clearly defined, districtwide multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) for all students. The MTSS framework will advance the development of a continuum of support for students’ growth in social, emotional and behavioral health throughout their educational career.
