In 2022, district administration and staff created a strategic plan through 2025, based on the results of more than twenty focus groups with teachers, support staff, parents, administrators, school board members, community groups and students.
Six priority areas were identified along with initiatives in each area.

This plan has provided a vision for our work as a district. There has been significant progress in all priority areas, with more work to meet the vision.
The district leadership team recommends extending the plan through 2027.
